Pickup and Delivery Rules

- Pick-up and delivery schedule is from Monday to Friday, 4PM-8PM. Suds reserves the right to accept or refuse pick-up/delivery requests outside the standard time. These special requests will have appropriate charges if granted.
- Appointments should be made before 2PM of the day of the pickup/delivery.
- We hold it as your responsibility to inform us if you want your laundry delivered on a specific day. Your delivery request confirmation (through text message or phone call before 2PM) is needed on your preferred delivery date. "No Appointment, No pick-up or delivery"
- Please allow us one hour waiting time
- Required minimum total amount of service is P175 for the free pickup/delivery
